The Soulistic Doula
I am a passionate, full-spectrum doula whose approach to birth work is client-led, evidenced-based, and holistic. Since I was young, I have had dreams of supporting birthing families through their journeys. In 2022, I was given that opportunity when I completed my doula training through Urban Baby Beginnings in Richmond, VA. Within a year, I have completed 30 births and helped families navigate major surgery, loss, postpartum struggles, financial challenges, and so much more. As I continue to grow, I look to continue developing my knowledge of herbs, lactation, and other spiritual practices to help empower the mind, body, soul, heart, family, and life of my clients.
